All medical food products ordered online or by phone are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns are only accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in fulfillment. In such cases, the product must be unopened and reported promptly so that a replacement can be arranged. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when merchandise arrives damaged or defective.

Due to the nature of medical food products, we do not accept returns for any other reason, including changes in therapy, intolerance, or ordering errors by the customer.
